Yoga

Jenny has been sharing the gift of yoga with her clients since the beginning of her career. After years of personal practice in both the physical and spiritual branches of yoga, she began to incorporate her learnings in her therapy. Teaching asanas (yoga poses) in coorelation with the clients injuries, teaching breath to create a deeper relaxation of the physical body, and teaching energy, as it flows through the meridians and chakras.

Jenny offers private yoga sessions as well as teaches studio classes.

One of her favorite offerings is the ability to share yoga with those lost in their body, physically or spiritually. With one on one sessions that offer specific and personal attention to certain areas of the clients life and body, a transformation of balance, peace and inner strength is born. Jennys private clients include and range from injured athletes and recovering surgery patients to those brand new to the practice of yoga.

Jenny's background with the study of yoga began in 1995 with Hatha yoga. Quickly becoming an avid fan of the physicality of the practice, she found Ashtanga and Bikram. She began to practice Kundalini with a dear friend, and that is when the spiritual side of the practice came to play. This eventually led to her 200hr RYT in Empath Yoga. She has had the opportunity to study Maha Shakti with Dharma Mittra out of NYC and Shakti Flow and Rythmic Vinyasa with the one and only Shiva Rea.

Jenny facilitates her sessions based on love, peace, and grace while moving, pushing and building energy, strength and balance.
